1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of legal assistance for real estate purchases, information products, and goods offered by Teravine. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Offerings

2.1 Legal Assistance Services

Teravine provides professional legal assistance for real estate purchases, including contract review, due diligence, title verification, and negotiation support. These services are delivered by qualified attorneys and legal professionals at the Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel, Musheirib Street, Al Najada, Doha 065503, Qatar.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and training materials related to real estate transactions. These are delivered electronically upon payment.

2.3 Goods

Teravine may sell printed materials or promotional items. Physical goods will be shipped to the address you provide.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are quoted in QAR. Payment is due at the time of booking for services and at checkout for information products and goods. Teravine will not commence any work until full payment has been received.

4. Refund Policy

Teravine maintains the following refund and transfer policies. Please review carefully to understand your rights.

4.1 Legal Assistance Services

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date. If you cancel within this period, you may transfer the full amount paid to another date within six (6) months at no extra charge. If cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days before the service date, no refund will be issued, as resources and professional time will have been allocated and booked in advance.

4.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with any digital guide or template, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material more than once. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Result shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

5. Rescheduling and Transfers

For legal assistance services, you may reschedule up to seven (7) days before the appointment. Reschedules after that period will be treated as cancellations under Section 4.1. Information products and goods cannot be rescheduled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Teravine shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service, information product, or good in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
